Mission Statement
The New Castle County Republican Women’s Club (NCCRWC) unites women from all backgrounds to engage actively in the political process, strengthen our communities, and lead with purpose. We foster civic education, inspire volunteerism, and create opportunities for women to develop and showcase their leadership in political, government, and community arenas. Through fellowship, service, and shared values, we empower one another to make a meaningful impact locally and beyond.
Vision
Our vision is a vibrant, dynamic network of women who champion civic responsibility, elevate female leadership, and strengthen the future of Delaware. We aspire to be a welcoming sisterhood that cultivates informed, confident, and engaged leaders—women who shape policy, serve their communities, and support one another with integrity, enthusiasm, and purpose. Together, we aim to create a stronger New Castle County rooted in service, collaboration, and principled leadership.

- Vice President: Paula Manolakos – Supports the President and oversees committees
- Treasurer: Kelly Blake – Handles financial reporting and membership dues
- Secretary: Lorraine Staniec – Manages records, minutes, and communications
- Parliamentarian: Janice Lorrah – Bylaws Chair

The 73rd 2025 DFRW Convention
This is the Official Call for the 73rd Anniversary DFRW Convention to be hosted by the Western Sussex RWC and Sussex County RWC to be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the Modern Maturity Center, 1121 Forrest Ave., Dover, DE Check in will be 8:15 AM to 9:00 AM. The business meeting will convene at 9:00 AM.
The theme for this year’s anniversary is HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMERICA!
The morning will begin with a continental breakfast at 8:15 AM. A luncheon will be served. The total convention registration cost per person is $50.00. Reservations are required and must be postmarked on or before October 31, 2025. Registration Form attached.
