THE FRANCES WEST SCHOLARSHIP

The Frances West Scholarship honors a founding member of the NCCRWC who has worked to empower women. She worked closely with Republicans, including Pete DuPont, Mike Castle, and continues to support the new generation of women in Delaware’s Republican party.

The $2000 Scholarship is Awarded to a young Republican-minded New Castle County Female for use in post High School Education or Vocational Opportunities.

Application criteria and requirements:

  • Female Resident of New Castle County, Delaware
  • Application Form Completed
  • Outside of School Experience Summary
  • Two Essays
  • Two References
  • Postmarked by 3/26/2024 or Emailed by midnight 3/29/2024
